My Learning Plan Directions for Instructors:
1) Once your course proposal is received and approved, I will enter your name into the My Learning Plan system as an instructor. You will get an instructor account for managing your class. This special account is ONLY for when you are an instructor, not for when you participate in classes. Look for an email with your special instructor login information.
2) Once you are logged in, click on the Instructor Tab toward the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

3) You should now see a screen that includes the name(s) of any courses you are teaching in the current catalog.
4) Click on the course you want to manage. You will see that you have several options.

5) Go to View Roster to look at how many participants are signed up for the class and who they are.
6) Use the option to print out the Sign-In Sheet and then bring it to the class. Have folks sign in, and the return the original by mail.

8) If you want to contact your participants, use the Email Functions area.
9) The Download Roster feature allows you to download your roster as an Excel file and save/print it if you wish.
10) Finally, be sure to have participants complete the course evaluation on My Learning Plan in order to receive credit for the class. They would just log in as usual, click the class, and then click on the Evaluation: Model Schools Course. They will also see other options, such as View/Print Form, Download Calendar File, and Drop. Print Certificate will be available once Model Schools has marked their attendance complete.
